Current experience to date 

First of all me and my business partner built a flat from the ground up which we are successfully running as a high flying  serviced accommodation targeting long term contract workers in order to attract the long term stays. This was done in our personal name as our first and only project so far.

My second project was done through my company LINCOLN JB PROPERTY LTD. This was a lovely 4 bed all en suite property which I furnished in such a lovely way free of charge to the landlord that I managed to fill all the rooms in just a couple weeks. I took this on as a company let which the option to rent out per the room as a HMO, since taking it on it is now all tenanted with professionals leaving the landlord a totally hands off approach. 

My most recent project is a luxury 6 bed HMO again let through a company let agreement to my company and this comes with the same story where I furnished the property taking it to the next level ready for a professional clientele to come flooding in pleased to stay in the rooms.
